9 oz margarine
6 boiled yolks
3 tablespoons sour cream
3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1.5-2 cup sugar

5 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons cocoa

Directions
- Cream the boiled yolks with margarine.
- Add sour cream and sugar. Mix well.
- Then add baking powder, flour and mix the dough.
- Form small cakes out of the dough and place a nut in the middle of each cake.
- Form a ball the size of a walnut.
- Grease the pan with butter or cover with baking paper. Place the balls on it and bake in the oven at 325F for 20-25 minutes.
- To prepare the glazing, bring the butter, sugar, cocoa and milk to a boil and keep boiling until sugar completely dissolves.
- Dip the cooked cookies in a warm glazing.
- Then roll in ground nuts. You can also roll the cookies in waffle crumbs or coconut flakes.
