Ingredients

  • 9 oz margarine

  • 6 boiled yolks

  • 3 tablespoons sour cream

  • 3 tablespoons sugar

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1.5-2 cup sugar

  • 2 oz butter

  • 5 tablespoons milk

  • 3 tablespoons cocoa

  • 1 cup sugar

Directions

  • Cream the boiled yolks with margarine.
  • Add sour cream and sugar. Mix well.
  • Then add baking powder, flour and mix the dough.
  • Form small cakes out of the dough and place a nut in the middle of each cake.
  • Form a ball the size of a walnut.
  • Grease the pan with butter or cover with baking paper. Place the balls on it and bake in the oven at 325F for 20-25 minutes.
  • To prepare the glazing, bring the butter, sugar, cocoa and milk to a boil and keep boiling until sugar completely dissolves.
  • Dip the cooked cookies in a warm glazing.
  • Then roll in ground nuts. You can also roll the cookies in waffle crumbs or coconut flakes.
